25 JAN 2013 a 'manhole' just south of the Jumping pound ridge storm pond has been identified as a storm sceptor. Therefore a point has been deleted from here and added to from stm_sptr. The manhole had not been FAC'ed. The manhole ASSET_ID was STM_MH_1001, it became STM_SPTR_18 in the stm_sptr feature class.
