*** 25 JAN 2013 a 'manhole' (ASSET_ID STM_MH_1001) just south of the Jumping Pound Ridge storm pond has been identified as a storm sceptor. Therefore a point has been added here (ASSET_ID STM_SPTR_18) and deleted from stm_mh dataset. The manhole had not been FAC'ed. JB
