Description: The Non Residential and Multi Family water meters: some site specific location data, meter size ( both beneficial to Operators if there is a callout to the site). The data originates from U_Utility Meters Options Master table in Great Plain. This data would need to be updated twice/three times a year at max. Water System Technologist from W3 will send it to GIS when needed. W3 use a NOMAD Trimble 1050 with SatViewer to collect data (the projection of the raw data is WGS84). At this time, the data does not contain irrigation meters as most do not have a ROLL on the Utility Account. Only active meters are in the data. All kinds of commercial sites are included. The biggest challenge is the roll number on the Utility Account. If the roll number has been changed in Taxes, there may not have been a notification to Utilities to update the roll on the Utility Account.
